4. Orders are processed and shipped within two business days after we receive payment. Please provide us with a phone number when you place an order with us. Taiwan post office and other carriers require this information. If we are out of stock on an item you ordered, we will email you to notify promptly.

5. Our warehouse is located in Taiwan. For overseas orders, we accept Paypal transactions only

6. Note that our website only displays a portion of our inventory. If you require an item that is not displayed on our website, email us with an inquiry and we will reply to you promptly.

7. We also supply models and parts to other hobby stores. Email us to inquire about our bulk prices.

8. We process orders and answer emails from Monday to Friday. If you email us, we will contact you within 12 hours. Please note that there is a significant time difference between Taiwan, western and European countries.
